border-box;">在我的教学生涯中，我特别注重学困生的转化。因为“一个孩子对于我们教师来说也许只是几十分之一，但是对于每一个家庭来说确是百分之百。”对于没有读书目标的学困生，我从不严厉批评，因为这有可能让他们彻底放弃学习，而是把握学习的“量”的尺度，善于发现他们身上的闪光点，多表扬，多激励，启发学生的好奇心和学习欲望；对于学习态度不端正的学困生，我首先对他们进行理想教育，培养他们的自主自立意识，让他知道学好英语是他自己的事，是“我要学”而不是教师家长“要我学”。让他知道只有端正学习态度，认真学习才能实现自我的人生价值；对于学习习惯和学习方法不好的学困生，培养他们的学习技能是我教学的重中之重，比如学会阅读、写作，制定学习计划，安排学习与娱乐，养成合理的作息习惯。在教学中，有计划有针对性的强化他们掌握、运用、巩固应掌握的学习方法，并及时检查和反馈，逐步提高学困生学习的有效性；对于性格内向的学困生，我仔细观察，探索他们的内心世界，找到突破口，对症下药。在英语教学中，真正的爱护他们，信任他们，努力培养他们的自信心，让他们最终能克服自卑，取得成功。</p><p
