border-box;">师能是教育发展最大的能源，而撰写教学论文、进行课题研究是教师必备的两项职业技能。2024年4月1日，高中部教研室在一楼会议室对中青年教师进行了校本培训，主讲人是党员朱龙高主任和王征老师。首先由教导处朱龙高主任开设“如何撰写教学论文”的讲座。朱主任是教科研的骨干，曾获得市优质课，是市教坛新秀培养人、校名师培养人，他从“选题与定位、文献综述、进行研究、撰写论文、论文发表与推广”等五个方面分享了自己的写作经验。朱主任在2023年度发表3篇论文，他认为论文写作是一个需要长期积累和实践的过程，只有多读书、多练笔，提高自己的研究能力和学术素养，才能写出高质量的论文。</p></section></section><section border-box;">王征老师曾在2023年11月3日参加了芝罘区中小学课题研究培训，她分享了市教研院理论研究室于建云主任的《课题研究成果的提炼与呈现》、烟台傅家中学殷贵成副校长的《质量立校，科研兴校，打造品质学校新样态》及鲁峰小学萍校长的《课题研究，从自身的微革命开始》三个讲座的核心内容，从“什么是课题研究、为什么要进行课题研究、课题研究的基本路径”等方面给大家进行了培训，并结合自己的成长经历提出了课题研究的三点建议：成长最快的方式是模仿，要增强领域阅读学习意识，做自己擅长的事。</p><p
